Real estate paperwork, read by AI

Land registry extracts (notas simples), deeds, deposit contracts, energy certificates. Today your team reads them and retypes the data into the CRM. AI can do that, and your team only reviews what isn't clear.

Documents come in and read themselves. Every field is highlighted in the original, with its confidence and its CRM field, and anything doubtful waits for a person. Check the flagged field and write it to the CRM.Example with fictional data.

    The problem

Every deal drags a pile of documents behind it, and almost all of them arrive as PDFs or photos. Someone has to read them to pull out the cadastral reference, the owners, the charges, the floor area or the certificate's expiry date, and type it into the listing.

It's slow, error-prone and doesn't scale: the bigger the portfolio, the more hours go into copying data instead of selling.

    What's left running

    • A mailbox or folder where your team drops documents, as it does today.
    • Automatic reading of each document: what it is, its key data and its expiry dates.
    • The data written into the listing in your CRM, with no retyping.
    • A review queue with whatever the AI can't read with confidence, for a person to decide.
    • Alerts when a certificate or document is about to expire.

    What it moves

The team hours that go into copying data today, the errors in listings and the time from a property coming in to being ready to publish. We set the exact number with you, in writing, before we start.

Tell us how you do it today. Before we start you have in writing what we'd do, which number it will move and what it costs.

    Frequently asked questions

Does it work with my CRM?

If your CRM has an API or can import data, yes. If not, we look at it in the diagnostic and tell you which alternative makes sense.

What about the personal data in the documents?

We process it on your behalf and only for this, under a data processing agreement and with GDPR-compliant providers. The code and the data stay with you.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

That's what the review is for: anything the AI can't read with confidence goes past a person before it reaches your CRM.

Does my team have to change how it works?

No. Your team keeps dropping documents where it drops them today. The difference is that nobody retypes them.
